Here's what each of them does.
Alchemy IBS Private Limited is led by three people: Abhimanue V S, Founder; Ashwini Sasi, Chief Strategist; and Prasanth S, Sales and Partnerships. Between them they cover the idea a business is underselling, the plan and measurement that carry it, and the scope and commercial terms that hold an engagement together.
Abhimanue V S, Founder.
Abhimanue owns the idea. He founded Alchemy in 2016 and still leads the first two steps of every engagement, Understand and Position. He reads the market, the competitors and the words buyers use, and looks for what the business is underselling.
He also builds. His own work spans Meta and Google campaigns, funnels, CRM customisation, email and WhatsApp flows, chatbots and AI prompt systems. Before Alchemy he held in-house marketing roles in enterprise technology, international healthcare education and digital product services, and he has run growth across India, the GCC, the US and the UK. When he recommends something, he knows what it takes to build.
Ashwini Sasi, Chief Strategist.
Ashwini turns the position into a plan, then holds the plan to account. Her remit is strategy and planning across acquisition, funnels, tracking and reporting. Once the idea is agreed, she decides what gets built first, how each channel carries the same message, and which numbers will show whether it is working.
That makes her the owner of the fourth step, Measure and sharpen. When the numbers say part of the plan isn't working, she is the one who changes it rather than defending it.
Prasanth S, Sales and Partnerships.
Prasanth is usually your first conversation, and he stays on the commercial side for as long as you work with us. He listens for what you sell, who buys it and where growth has stalled, and if another team would serve you better, he tells you then.
When it makes sense to go further, he puts the scope in writing and agrees it with you before any work begins. He also looks after the long-term relationship and the partnerships that widen what we can deliver.
Who builds the work.
The campaigns, websites, funnels, CRM, automation, creative and shoots are built by Alchemy's own team, not passed to outside vendors; drone footage comes from trusted partners. Marketing and the performance team work from our main working office in Kochi, and the development team and project managers from our registered office in Thiruvananthapuram. Who works on your account depends on what the scope needs, and you'll know their names and responsibilities before the work starts.
