Pricing philosophy

A price should explain
what it makes possible.

Alchemy IBS Private Limited scopes work around the problem, deliverables and responsibilities. Fees are agreed for the engagement rather than inferred from a generic package.

Define the work before pricing it.

A website with approved content is a different brief from one that needs positioning and copy first. An account diagnosis is different from ongoing campaign management. The proposal should make those differences understandable.

What shapes the scope?

  • The business question and required outputs.
  • The current state of content, data and infrastructure.
  • The complexity of implementation and integrations.
  • The responsibilities shared with your team or other partners.
  • The review process, dependencies and timing.

Separate the costs that are separate.

Media spend, third-party software, production and other external costs should be identified where relevant. The proposal states what the fee includes and excludes, so a delivery price is not mistaken for the full cost of operating the programme.

Handle uncertainty explicitly.

If a question needs investigation before the implementation can be defined, a scoped audit or pilot may be the appropriate first step. Material scope changes should be reviewed rather than quietly absorbed into an unclear expectation.

Start with context, not a package name.

Tell us the outcome you need and what is already in place. We will agree the next piece of work, its timing and any fee before it begins.
