Forms and interactive tools.

When you send an audit enquiry, we collect your name, email address, company or website, message and optional phone number. We save accepted enquiries in a database on Hostinger and send a notification through Google Gmail to Team Alchemy. We use the information to respond to your request and discuss possible work.

Please do not include sensitive or confidential information. Access to saved enquiries is restricted to authorised account users. We review enquiry records for deletion when they are no longer needed for the conversation or an agreed engagement. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information.

The growth diagnostic and lead-cost calculator run in your browser. Their answers and results are not submitted with an enquiry or retained between visits.

Analytics and browser storage.

This website has no advertising pixel or marketing-cookie integration. It does not use browser storage to retain form or tool inputs. Hostinger may keep technical access logs. The enquiry service uses a short-lived, protected representation of your network address to limit abuse; it does not save that address with your enquiry.

Links to communication services.

Email, telephone, WhatsApp and Google Calendar links open an external application or service when you choose them. Information you send through those channels is handled through that channel, outside the website form. Review the relevant service’s privacy information when using it.

Contact alchemyibs@gmail.com with a privacy question or a request about an enquiry. Hostinger provides website and database hosting; Google provides the notification email and external appointment-booking services. Their own privacy terms apply to their services.
