Marketing and the performance team work from the Kochi office; the development team and project managers work from the registered office in Thiruvananthapuram. Alchemy has no registered office in the UAE yet. Its Dubai office opens in January 2027 at Startup Infinity Center, 113B Street, Al Karama, Dubai. Until then, the Kerala team serves clients in the UAE, and those clients contract with Alchemy IBS Private Limited in India. Once it opens, Dubai clients contract with the Dubai office.
What we would be contracted to do.
Alchemy researches a client's business, finds the position it can own, then builds and runs what carries it: campaigns, websites, funnels, CRM, automation, AI systems, creative and production. One team does both the strategy and the build, which means one contract and one accountable supplier where you might otherwise manage four. The method is set out in how we work.
Every scope is written before work starts.
No work begins without a written scope covering deliverables, assumptions, exclusions, timelines, dependencies and commercial terms. The exclusions are spelled out, because unstated exclusions cause more supplier disputes than anything else. If your organisation uses its own contract or statement-of-work template, send it with your enquiry so we can review it against the scope.
Scope, timing and any fee for the first engagement are agreed before work begins, and media spend, third-party software and production costs are listed separately from our fee.

Send us your vendor onboarding checklist. We'll confirm which corporate, tax, financial and statutory records we can supply against it, and when. This page does not claim that any particular certificate, insurance policy or annexure is held. Each one is confirmed against your list, item by item.
Data and system access are part of the scope.
The scope names the systems involved, the person who needs each one and the level of access required. Access is granted for the task, not by default. Where your data handling rules or a technical integration call for specific terms, we settle them before implementation begins.
