Digital product & software

When the next step
is something you need to build.

Alchemy IBS Private Limited supports digital products, portals, workflow applications and integrations. We start with the job the software must do and the people who need to use it.

Sometimes the bottleneck is the tool itself.

A marketing initiative can expose an operational problem: scattered records, repeated manual work, a booking process that loses context, or an assessment with no clear next step. Another campaign does not resolve that problem.

We translate the workflow into a product brief with inputs, roles, states and acceptance criteria. The interface follows the work rather than asking people to adapt to a demonstration.

Make the working model explicit.

  1. People. Who uses the system, and what can each role access?
  2. Information. What enters, where it comes from and how it is validated.
  3. Actions. What changes when someone submits, approves or updates a record.
  4. Exceptions. What happens when a service fails or information is missing.
  5. Acceptance. What must be demonstrated before the system is considered ready.

A prototype answers a different question from a live product.

Stage What it should establish
Product definition The problem, scope and user workflow
Prototype Whether the proposed experience is understandable
Implementation Whether agreed behavior works under test
Operational release Whether access, integrations, support and live routes are ready

Build the handover into the build.

Ownership, documentation, deployment requirements and maintenance expectations belong in the scope. A useful handoff explains how to run the system, how to recognise a problem and who handles it.

We can support a defined application, an integration or a product increment. Existing infrastructure, data sensitivity and the delivery team's responsibilities determine the implementation approach.
