Work
The idea we found.
Then everything we built to carry it.
Each story on this page starts with what the client expected and the idea we found instead, then shows what Alchemy IBS Private Limited built to carry it. Seven clients are named. The rest stay anonymous until they agree to be named. Every story says honestly how far the work has gone: strategy delivered, website built, or campaigns live.
Named work.
- TESP Labs: Sandesh. An industrial gateway with years of field deployments behind it, sold to India's open market on that record. Campaigns ran; the Sandesh website is live.
- Ayruz. A long list of services, rebuilt into three ways to buy (Hire, Build, Accelerate) and industry suites written in each buyer's language.
- Mr. Rooter Plumbing. A plumbing franchise in Pennsylvania whose ads are now judged on completed jobs in its job system.
- The Living Craft. An agentic-AI programme for senior engineers, sold on what breaks once the demo is over. Posts in active publishing.
- Ambit-N Lifesciences. Natural colours and preservatives for manufacturers, sold through a conversation about the buyer's formulation before any sample ships. Strategy delivered; website in development.
Paradigm Structural Engineering and Midas are named too. Paradigm's story, an offer built for one market, Europe, is on the real estate page. Midas's story, one team owning each corporate gifting order from the first conversation to delivery, is on the retail and D2C page. The home page tells both stories without the names: Midas's is one of the first three, and Paradigm's appears when you pick "A launch or a new market".
Every story.
All of the work, named and anonymous, filtered by the kind of problem it solved. Anonymous stories describe the business, the idea and the build without naming the client.
TESP Labs: Sandesh
How Alchemy repositioned TESP Labs' Sandesh industrial gateway from a new product to a field-proven one, then built the campaigns and sales material.
The idea Call it what it is: proven in the field for more than five years, now open to buyers across India.
Search-led parts demand
Call-first Google Ads for a US used-parts seller, built by Alchemy around the exact part and vehicle each buyer searched for.
The idea Repeat the exact part and vehicle the buyer searched for, and make the call easy.
Healthcare enquiry quality
A fertility provider's campaign reporting, rebuilt by Alchemy around booked appointments, invalid enquiries sorted by cause, and regions.
The idea Follow every enquiry to the appointment it did or didn't become.
Eligibility-led acquisition
Eligibility-led Meta campaigns for an Indian personal-loan provider, run by Alchemy with valid leads tracked alongside cost per lead.
The idea Say who is eligible before anyone fills the form.
Technical account demand
Account-based B2B campaigns for an energy software firm, built by Alchemy around the product problems of a named list of equipment makers.
The idea Its buyers fit on one list of equipment makers. Market to the list.
Ayruz
Ayruz's website, rebuilt by Alchemy around Hire, Build and Accelerate, with eight industry suites written in each buyer's own language.
The idea Three ways to buy: Hire, Build or Accelerate.
Education growth system
A Gulf healthcare-education business, rebranded by Alchemy, with campaigns, site and CRM built around each nurse's career pathway.
The idea Nurses choose a country first. Sell the route before the course.
Mr. Rooter Plumbing
Call-first Google and Meta campaigns, ZIP-level territory control and call-to-job reporting for a Mr. Rooter franchise near King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
The idea Judge every ad by one test: did the call become a completed job?
Clinical workflow planning
A consultation web app for a wellness practice, planned by Alchemy around follow-up, prescriptions and practitioners who work remotely.
The idea Care runs over several visits. Plan the software around the next one.
Property buyer journey
A property listing website for overseas investors, planned by Alchemy around the questions they need answered before they will take a call.
The idea Explain the property, the people and the process first. The call comes after.
Manufacturing partner positioning
Alchemy repositioned a legacy chocolate brand as a manufacturing partner for brands, distributors and private-label buyers, and a proposal for its website.
The idea Position the company as the business that helps other brands launch and grow, and use its own range as the proof.
Institutional digital ecosystem
Alchemy joined an institution's website, video, social and campaigns into one digital ecosystem, and scoped a sustainability concept as a separate MVP.
The idea A student or partner judges an institution on everything they can find, not on the one post that reached them.
Living Craft
Alchemy positioned The Living Craft's agentic-systems programme around what breaks after the demo, then built its content and site copy.
The idea Sell what happens after the demo.
Logistics web experience
Alchemy designed and built a responsive website prototype for a logistics business, ordered around the visitor's job before the company's operation.
The idea Answer "can you move what I need?" first.
Career-assessment experience
Alchemy built a career-assessment application in which fixed rules calculate the result, AI only explains it, and the report leads to a conversation.
The idea Fixed rules score. AI only explains.
Ambit-N
Ambit-N Lifesciences' marketing, rebuilt by Alchemy around the buyer's application: B2B strategy, distributor tools, a website wireframe and a board pitch.
The idea A sample request from a buyer who hasn't described their application is not a qualified opportunity.

Why most of these have no numbers.
We publish a client's results only with their written approval, and naming a client is a separate permission from publishing their figures. Where we don't have that approval yet, the story shows the idea and the build and leaves the numbers out. If a reference matters to you, tell us the kind of business you'd like to hear from and we'll ask one.
