Performance marketing
Campaigns built on an idea,
measured on leads your team can close.
Alchemy IBS Private Limited plans and runs paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Microsoft Advertising and YouTube. Every campaign starts from what the business is underselling rather than from the budget, and is judged in the CRM, on enquiries that became sales conversations. We also build the pages, tracking and follow-up the ads depend on.
More budget on the same offer is not a strategy.
Most accounts we review are tidy. The structure makes sense, and the offer underneath has never been questioned. Spend rises, and sales still calls the leads poor.
A low cost per lead is not a result. A lead your team can reach and close is. So before we change a bid, we ask what the ad is actually promising, and to whom.
What we check when the dashboard looks fine and sales don't.
| What you see | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Plenty of leads, few conversations | Contact data quality, form design, audience intent, response time |
| Cheap clicks, weak enquiries | Search terms, broad match drift, the gap between the ad's promise and the page |
| Costs creeping up | Audience overlap, creative fatigue, Performance Max placements, the conversion signals fed back to the platform |
| Ad platform and CRM disagree | Conversion actions, attribution windows, offline conversion imports, call tracking |
Then we build: Search, Performance Max and Dynamic Search Ads on Google and Microsoft, Meta lead and conversion campaigns, LinkedIn for business buyers, YouTube, remarketing, ad creative, and conversion APIs that send each platform the leads sales qualified.
Sometimes the conversion is a phone call.
A US auto-parts business was optimising its search campaigns to online form fills. Its buyers wanted something else: to ask a person whether the part would fit. We rebuilt the account call-first, with call assets, tracked numbers, landing pages that put the phone number ahead of the form, and reporting on calls instead of clicks. Read how the search demand was rebuilt.
A healthcare provider taught the same lesson from the other side. Its enquiry count said nothing about appointments, so we stopped optimising to it.
The ads only carry what the rest of the build gives them.
Ads can't fix a page that loses the buyer, or a lead nobody calls back. So paid media here sits beside analytics and attribution to measure past the click, web and CRO for pages that finish the argument, and CRM and RevOps so leads don't go cold.
We won't promise you a cost per lead.
Your team owns the product, the pricing and the speed of the sales response, and media can't compensate indefinitely for any of them. If the real problem is the offer, we'll say so instead of spending more on it. Audits are scoped first, with access, deliverables and any fee agreed upfront.
