Alchemy IBS Private Limited is a strategy-led growth agency founded in 2016 in Kerala, India. We find the idea a business is underselling, then build everything that carries it, with one team, from the research to the shoot. This overview is written for a first discussion or a procurement shortlist.
Strategy is why clients hire us. The build is why they stay.
We start with the business, its market, its competitors and the words its buyers actually use, before anyone writes a media plan. Two named clients show what that finds.
For TESP Labs, that meant opening the Sandesh industrial gateway to India as field-proven for more than five years, not launching it as new. For Ayruz, it meant turning a long list of services into three ways to buy: Hire, Build and Accelerate.

Who you'll work with, and where.
Alchemy is led by Abhimanue V S (Founder), Ashwini Sasi (Chief Strategist) and Prasanth S (Sales & Partnerships). Our main working office, where the marketing and performance team works, is in Kochi, Kerala. Our registered office, home to the development team and project managers, is in Thiruvananthapuram. We work with businesses in India, the UAE and GCC, the US and the UK.

The first conversation is free. The first engagement is scoped per client: scope, timing and any fee are agreed before work begins.
