Frequently asked questions
The questions
before the first conversation.
Clear answers about working with Alchemy IBS Private Limited, from audit scope to delivery responsibilities.
What does Alchemy do?
We connect growth strategy, marketing, websites, CRM, measurement and technology. The scope can focus on one problem or bring several capabilities into an ongoing programme.
What happens when I request a growth audit?
We discuss the problem and whether an audit is the appropriate next step. Scope, access, deliverables, timing and any fee are agreed before work begins. The request itself does not authorise account changes.
Is the audit free?
No universal free-audit offer is made here. Any fee is discussed and agreed as part of the scope before the work starts.
Do we need to replace our current team or platforms?
The engagement can work alongside your team and existing systems. Recommendations should follow the problem and maintainability requirements, not assume a replacement is needed.
Can you guarantee growth or a particular return?
No. Results depend on the offer, market, execution, sales process and other factors. We can agree deliverables, responsibilities and a way to evaluate the work; that is different from guaranteeing a commercial result.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the scope, inputs, approvals and integration needs. A proposal defines the schedule and dependencies. No fixed delivery promise is implied by submitting an enquiry.
Can procurement review the business first?
Yes. Share the information or onboarding requirements your process needs. Availability and relevance of documents should be confirmed rather than assumed from a website list.
How are the work stories presented?
They are anonymous and limited to documented scope and delivery stage. Strategy, prototypes, implementation and verified live results are not treated as interchangeable.
Where should we start?
Request a growth audit with the growth problem you want to investigate, or take the self-assessment to organise your thinking first.
