The Living Craft made senior engineers one promise:
agentic systems that hold up in production.
The Living Craft runs live programmes in agentic-system development for experienced engineers and engineering leaders in India. Alchemy IBS Private Limited repositioned the programme around one promise, "Build agentic systems that hold up in production," then wrote the content series, practical resources, brand direction and website copy that carry it, with handoffs for the client's developer.

A strong founder, and a market full of AI courses.
Founder Sunil Mathew brings 26 years of engineering experience and teaches from systems he is building now. The first open cohort had no graduates yet, so there were no outcomes to point to. The buyers were senior engineers who can read documentation for free and have seen every "learn agentic AI" promise already.
Senior engineers buy what happens after the demo.
Selling the curriculum was the obvious route: topics, tools and credentials, the same shape as every course competing for the same engineers.
We started from the question a staff engineer actually carries into a design review: what breaks after the demo works? Reliability, cost, evaluation, permissions, memory and recovery are the decisions that get an engineer challenged in a review meeting. So the promise moved from learning agentic AI to building agentic systems that hold up in production, with "Design agentic systems. Guide your team." as the programme line. We were careful that this describes what members learn, not a guarantee about any employer's system.
Two more decisions followed. The buyer is often two people: the engineer who wants to join and the manager who funds it. So the employer-sponsored member and the enterprise team purchase got separate routes and separate messages. And with no cohort results yet, the proof had to be the teaching itself. Posts give away a useful small answer instead of withholding it to force a sign-up.
Thirty-two posts, three resources and a website's worth of copy
- A 32-post series split evenly between the founder's account and the company's, mixing short videos, carousels, static posts, written posts and a long-form article, each opening on a recognisable design decision. Video scripts and silent review animatics accompany the founder's films.
- Three practical resources timed to the series: a cost-ceiling worksheet, an evaluation-gates worksheet and a deployment checklist.
- A woven green-and-gold brand direction and a brand story document covering logo use, pattern construction and motion.
- Website copy: a review of all 41 existing pages and 50 complete page files, organised into two pathways, building agentic systems and career preparation, with enterprise enquiries kept distinct.
- Acquisition material: reply-led outreach messages, researched product-company and GCC accounts, paid-social concepts and an enterprise pitch deck.
- A developer handoff covering enquiry routes, consent, suppression and the acceptance tests each route must pass.
The series is publishing. The developer builds the routes.
The positioning, content and website copy are delivered, and the series is in active publishing, with about 18 posts out so far. Building the website and its enquiry, booking and payment routes belongs to the client's developer, and paid activity waits on its own approval. This page reports no enrolment or revenue figures. A founder with real depth now has one idea every asset repeats, and a team that knows which part of it each person owns.
